Kathlene is a seasoned administrative professional with a diverse background spanning customer service (10+ years) and administration (6+ years). She has a specialized focus in Medical Office Administration, where she combines organizational expertise with clinical skills.

She is currently serving as the Botox/WSIB Coordinator at iScope, a role she earned after demonstrating exceptional skill as a Medical Office Assistant.

When she is not streamlining operations at the clinic, Kathlene is fuelled by her family life. She thrives in her roles as the #1 fan of her husband and son’s basketball team and as a dedicated “basketball mom” and “toddler mom.” She prioritizes spending her off-hours creating memories with her family.

As Clinic Manager, Sarah is dedicated to creating a seamless patient experience by coordinating clinic operations, supporting healthcare providers, and ensuring the highest standard of service. Outside of the clinic, she is an avid reader who enjoys getting lost in a good book and is a proud cat mom.

April Ross Lacuesta is a dedicated healthcare professional with a diverse background in medical technology, medical administration, accounting, and medical aesthetics. At iScope, she serves as a Fax Coordinator, Clinical Records Coordinator, and Sleep Study Technician, where she supports seamless clinical operations by managing medical documentation, coordinating patient records, and assisting with diagnostic sleep studies. Zohaib is the Intake Coordinator for iScope’s Ontario team, where he plays a key role in ensuring the intake process is organized, efficient, and seamless. He is dedicated to maintaining clear, accurate, and consistent client information, helping facilitate smooth communication and continuity of care from the very first point of contact.

With a background in healthcare, Zohaib has experience in patient care and support, where he developed strong communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills. His experience has reinforced the importance of attention to detail, adaptability, and delivering exceptional service in fast-paced clinical environments.

Mohammed Arsalan is a dedicated Medical Billing professional committed to supporting efficient and accurate billing processes. With a detail-oriented approach and a focus on excellence, he plays an important role in ensuring smooth administrative operations.

Outside of work, Arsalan enjoys travelling, listening to music, and binge-watching his favorite shows and movies. He values discovering new experiences and making the most of his time away from work.

As the Medical-Legal Assessment Coordinator, Natasha Pastores oversees coordination for patient files following motor vehicle accidents. Natasha has experience in case management, supporting individuals with brain injuries, pre- and post-surgical care as a Registered Practical Nurse, and team leadership among frontline colleagues.

Natasha has dedicated her career to helping individuals access the care and support needed to improve their quality of life. She has also developed and facilitated meaningful rehabilitative programs, including therapeutic arts initiatives, peer support groups, falls prevention programs, and recreational clubs. In her current role, Natasha helps patients navigate the assessment and care process as they work toward recovery.

Jennifer Abrego is a Medical-Legal Specialist at iScope. She trained as a physician in El Salvador and later studied Health Information Management in Canada — a combination that gives her a natural understanding of both the medical and administrative sides of her work. At iScope, she reviews medical records, prepares neurology reports, and keeps communication flowing between doctors and legal teams.

Outside of work, Jennifer stays active through Muay Thai and daily walks around the city. She also has a soft spot for dogs and houseplants and enjoys exploring new restaurants, always on the lookout for her next favourite spot in Toronto.

Margeux is a dedicated and adaptable professional with diverse experience spanning business, healthcare, caregiving, and hospitality, supported by studies in four disciplines. Known for a strong work ethic, emotional intelligence, and reliability, Margeux brings a genuine sense of care and professionalism to every role. Praveeth S is a dedicated MVA Coordinator who works closely with patients and legal teams to facilitate seamless communication and coordination. He ensures that relevant updates, recommendations, and documentation are communicated accurately and promptly to the legal team, helping support a well-organized and efficient care process.

Outside of work, Praveeth has a deep appreciation for nature and a fascination with the universe, cosmology, and quantum science. He believes in living with compassion, respect, and responsibility toward all living beings and the environment.

Elizabeth brings over 15 years of specialized experience in Motor Vehicle Accident (MVA) administration, medico-legal coordination, and rehabilitation clinic operations. At iScope, she serves as the MVA Intake Specialist, where she manages legal-driven referrals, early stage case coordination, and communication between legal teams, clinical providers, and internal departments.

Elizabeth oversees the intake workflow for complex MVA files, ensuring that recommendations from NPs, Doctor’s and Specialists are actioned promptly and that all documentation is accurate, compliant, and routed to the appropriate teams. She is known for her attention to detail, strong understanding of SABS and AB Claims processes, and her ability to support clients and legal partners through the early stages of rehabilitation.

With a background spanning both clinical and legal environments, Elizabeth plays a key role in maintaining continuity of care, resolving file barriers, and supporting efficient communication across the clinic. Her approach is grounded in professionalism, empathy, and a commitment to helping clients navigate the complexities of postaccident care.

Vishal is a dedicated Patient Care Coordinator committed to making every patient’s journey as smooth, organized, and stress-free as possible. He takes pride in coordinating appointments, supporting patients throughout their care, and ensuring a seamless experience from start to finish.

Farha Khan is the OCF Administrator at iScope Concussion & Pain Clinics, where she is responsible for preparing and submitting OCF-18 Treatment and Assessment Plans while coordinating with healthcare providers, insurers, and patients throughout the claims process. She is dedicated to ensuring accurate documentation, timely submissions, and efficient administrative support, helping patients access the care they need and supporting their recovery journey.

Outside of work, Farha enjoys reading, travelling, and cooking. She loves exploring new destinations, experiencing different cuisines, and unwinding with a good book. Her curiosity, attention to detail, and passion for learning are reflected in both her personal interests and her professional approach.

Charlotte McGrory is a Registered Social Worker dedicated to helping individuals navigate life’s challenges with compassion, empathy, and evidence-based care. She earned her undergraduate degree in Psychology from Western University before completing her Master of Social Work at the University of Windsor.

Charlotte has extensive experience supporting individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, and trauma. Her clinical background includes working within the Newcomers and Clinical Therapy Program at the Canadian Mental Health Association, where she provided mental health support to individuals from diverse backgrounds.

Charlotte believes that mental and physical health are deeply interconnected. She has facilitated workshops exploring the impact of chronic pain on mental well-being and is passionate about helping clients build resilience, improve emotional wellness, and achieve meaningful, lasting change.

Outside of work, Charlotte enjoys playing pickleball, discovering new restaurants, and is always happy to hear recommendations for great places to eat.
